Japanese Record of consecutive 21 week sub-3s

Today, I ran the Kashiwanoha Haru Ran Run Marathon in Chiba Pref., and my time was 2:53:35. It's very flat course. The participant number for Full Marathon was 93. The total participant number was ~600.
As I achieved sub-3 today, I achieved consecutive 21-week sub-3s, and achieved 27th sub-3 in these 21 weeks. The consecutive 21-week sub-3s may be the Japanese Record as far as I know. Former Record of consecutive 20-week sub-3s  was achieved by Mr. K. C. in Tokyo, Japan in 1995.
I don't know the World Record on this. If you know it, please let me know.

Below pictures are finisher certificate, 3rd place award, participation award, and sights of the event.
